Ideal for anyone wanting to improve their front crawl technique at their own pace. Aimed at swimmers that are just starting out and progressing, to those looking to develop their stroke and efficiency. Each session will focus on one part of front crawl technique such as: body position, legs, arms, breathing or timing. 5 sessions are recommended and will include take home practice drills.

Bespoke sessions to help improve confidence in open water and help with any fears or phobias. The session is a combination of dry land and in water demonstrations, practice and advice. They can include step by step confidence building exercises for safe entry, floating for safety, immersing your face in the water, swimming out of depth, waves, and learning swimming breathing techniques.

The session can cover essential open water techniques such as, sighting - learn how to swim in a straight line in the sea to save you time and energy. Hi, I'm Sarah, a well-being and open-water swimming coach on Hayling Island. My coaching sessions help swimmers safely experience sea swimming, build confidence in a new environment and improve open-water techniques. I enjoy introducing new outdoor swimmers to the sea and supporting them in overcoming any fears or phobias.
