Ferrol is a port city located in northwest Spain in the province of A Coruña in the autonomous community of Galicia. The area around Ferrol is characterized by rugged coastal terrain and a mixture of small fishing villages and larger seaside towns. The coastline features rocky cliffs, secluded beaches, and dramatic ocean views. The landscape inland is hilly with patches of forest and farmland.
