The town sits on the Ría de Sada estuary and boasts a long sandy beach lined with palm trees. The coastline is rugged and rocky, with several small coves and inlets, and provides stunning views of the Atlantic ocean. The town itself is surrounded by pine forests and rolling hills, offering visitors the opportunity to explore the beautiful natural environment.
