About
Check out this spot in San Javier. Great location for scuba diving, kayaking, canoeing and supping. San Javier is located in the southeastern region of Spain, in the Región de Murcia. The town is situated on the Mar Menor, a large saltwater lagoon that stretches along the coastline. The area around San Javier is known for its sandy beaches, scenic coastlines, and stunning natural landscapes. The town is surrounded by fertile agricultural land, with fields of produce such as artichokes, lettuce, and melons. The climate is hot and dry, with plenty of sunshine throughout the year. In addition to the beaches, visitors can enjoy exploring the nearby nature parks, such as the Parque Regional de Salinas y Arenales de San Pedro del Pinatar that is around 20 minutes away, which is home to a range of plant and animal species, including flamingos and sea turtles. The town of San Javier itself is relatively small but has a charming, traditional Spanish feel, with narrow streets and old buildings.

- Cold water shock is real. Enter slowly and control your breathing.
- Always swim with others or tell someone your plan
- A tow float makes you visible to boats and other water users
