Wachtendonk is a small municipality located in the district of Kleve in the state of Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany. The area is characterized by its beautiful countryside scenery with rolling hills, green fields, and forests. Wachtendonk is situated near the border with the Netherlands, and as such the landscape is largely influenced by the river Maas, which runs through the region.
