The area is characterized by rolling hills, greenery, and expansive views of the Mediterranean Sea. It is a peaceful, residential neighbourhood with a mix of modern construction and traditional stone houses. The surrounding countryside is dotted with vineyards and citrus groves, providing a pleasant rural ambiance. The area is also close to the Troodos Mountains, offering excellent hiking and outdoor activities. The town itself has a small selection of shops and restaurants, and nearby Limassol provides further amenities and cultural activities.
