Write a reviewAbout
Approx 2.5 / 3km from Um Sequim Park beach around the Burj Al Arab. Follow the rocks to the left of the beach, keeping the rock on your left swim until you can see the Burj Al Arab in front of you. There are a few yellow buoys to regroup at as you approach the Burj. Swim around with the hotel on your left, passing under the hotel bridge and the returning keeping the beach and rocks on your right. It is highly advised to go very early for this swim as it can get very busy with Jet Ski activity.

Plan your swim
Before you go
- Check tide times before entering. Incoming tides can cut off escape routes.
- Watch for rip currents, especially near groynes and headlands
- Cold water shock is real. Enter slowly and control your breathing.
- Always swim with others or tell someone your plan
- A tow float makes you visible to boats and other water users
