Explore this spot in Uña. Great location for swimming and paddling, kayaking, canoeing, walking, supping and wind surfing. Uña is a small town located in the province of Cuenca, in the region of Castile-La Mancha in central Spain. The town is situated in the midst of beautiful natural surroundings, surrounded by lakes, rivers, and forests. The area around Uña is characterized by rolling hills covered in dense forests, with numerous rocky outcroppings and cliffs. The landscape is dominated by the jagged peaks of the Serranía de Cuenca mountain range, which looms over the town to the north. There are several picturesque lakes near Uña, including the Laguna del Tobar, the Laguna de Uña, and the Laguna de la Serna. These are popular spots for fishing, hiking, and picnicking, as well as for swimming and boating in the summertime. The area is also home to numerous hiking trails, some of which lead to stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. There are also several historic sites nearby, including the ruins of a Roman village and the 12th century San Pedro church in Uña.
