Experience this spot in Hautefort. Great spot for water skiing, wake boarding, kayaking, canoeing and sailing. Hautefort is a small town located in the Dordogne region of Nouvelle-Aquitaine, in southwestern France. The town is famous for its stunning château, which dates back to the 17th century and dominates the surrounding landscape. The area is characterised by lush green countryside dotted with picturesque villages, rolling hills, and numerous rivers and streams. The scenery is particularly impressive in autumn when the trees turn golden and orange, creating a stunning contrast against the rich green of the countryside. There are also many hiking and biking trails that lead through the forests and past the many châteaux and historic buildings that dot the landscape. Overall, the area around Hautefort is a beautiful and peaceful location, perfect for nature lovers and history enthusiasts alike.
