River Lark in Mildenhall. Park at Jubilee Fields and walk along the river. Cross the little metal bridge at Gas Pools Sluice to get to the entry point. Can be muddy, bring something to sit or stand on. Water shoes a must as there can be litter in the water sometimes, especially in Summer. Step down from bank so not suitable for those with severe mobility problems but most will manage it fine. Deep enough to swim in front of the weir, usual safety warnings around weirs apply.
