About

Lovely pool with a horseshoe shaped waterfall located on the River Dart in Newton Abbot, Devon. This is a natural jacuzzi next to a small waterfall, surrounded by large rocks and countryside. There is a pub nearby for some refreshments, toilets and parking.

Location

Getting there

There is a car park over the bridge and it is cheap to park there. If you than walk back over the bridge there is a gate on the right hand side. Go through and keep walking keeping the river on the right and you will see the horseshoe falls.

Accessibility

It is very rocky and I had to climb to get in. But it is such a beautiful place and the waterfall is like a outdoor jacuzzi. Fantastic place to go.
