Experience this spot in Elafonisos. Popular location for swimming and paddling, boating, water skiing, wake boarding and wind surfing. Elafonisos is a small island located in the southern part of Greece, near the Peloponnese peninsula. The island is known for its beautiful turquoise waters and white sandy beaches, some of which have been named amongst the best in Europe. The scenery around Elafonisos is predominantly rocky, but visitors can also find lush green areas dotted around the island. There are several small and picturesque bays that can only be reached by boat or through rocky paths, perfect for those seeking a little solitude. The waters around Elafonisos are home to a variety of sea life including dolphins, turtles, and many species of fish, making it an ideal destination for snorkeling and diving.
