Explore this spot in Palasca. Great location for swimming and paddling, kayaking, canoeing, surfing, supping, wind surfing, body surfing, body boarding and kiteboarding. Palasca is a small commune in the Haute-Corse department of Corsica, located in the mountainous region of the island. The area is characterized by rugged terrain, with steep cliffs and rocky peaks interspersed with lush forests and rolling hills. The countryside is dotted with traditional Corsican villages, built from local stone and featuring narrow alleyways and ancient churches. The commune itself is situated on the banks of the Regino River, which winds its way through the valley below the village. The landscape is dominated by the towering Monte Cinto, the highest peak on the island, which is visible from most points in the area. The scenery around Palasca is both breathtaking and tranquil, offering plenty of opportunities for hiking, mountain climbing, and wildlife watching.

A tow float for visibility, warm layers for after, and footwear for rocky entries. In colder months, consider a wetsuit, gloves, and a swim cap.
