Experience this spot in Plomari. Great spot for swimming and paddling, scuba diving, kayaking, canoeing, supping and wind surfing. Plomari is a town located on the southern coast of the island of Lesbos in Greece. The town is situated on the slopes of a hill that leads down towards the sea, and is surrounded by olive groves and pine forests. The area is known for its rugged coastline, with rocky cliffs and secluded beaches dotting the shoreline. Inland, there are rolling hills covered in verdant vegetation and small villages with traditional architecture. Notable landmarks of the area include the historic distilleries that produce ouzo, a popular anise-flavored liquor, and the numerous monasteries and churches that are scattered throughout the landscape. The area is a popular destination for nature lovers, hikers, and those looking for a more traditional Greek experience away from the busy tourist centers.
