Rota is a small town located on the southwestern coast of Spain, in the province of Cádiz, Andalucía. The town is situated on a peninsula that juts out into the Atlantic Ocean, and its coastline is characterized by sandy beaches, rocky coves, and small cliffs. The landscape around Rota is a mix of low hills, fields of sunflowers and crops, and pine forests. The town itself is filled with white-washed houses and narrow streets that wind their way through the historic center.
