Experience this spot in Ithaki. Great location for swimming and paddling, kayaking, canoeing, surfing, supping, wind surfing, body surfing and body boarding. Ithaki is a Greek island located in the Ionian Sea. It has a rugged hilly terrain with lush green vegetation and coastline dotted with small coves and beaches. The island is surrounded by crystal clear turquoise waters and has several small offshore islands. The landscape is dominated by olive groves, vineyards, and cypress trees. There are numerous hiking trails that lead through rugged terrain to scenic lookouts and secluded beaches. The island’s architecture is primarily traditional with white-washed houses and narrow cobbled streets. The main towns are Vathy, Kioni, and Frikes, all picturesque villages with stunning waterfront views. Overall, the area and scenery around Ithaki are serene, natural, and breathtaking.

  • Cold water shock is real. Enter slowly and control your breathing.
  • Always swim with others or tell someone your plan
  • A tow float makes you visible to boats and other water users
