Experience this spot in Prasonisi. Popular location for surfing, supping, wind surfing, body surfing and body boarding. Prasonisi is a narrow strip of land on the southernmost point of Rhodes island in Greece. It is surrounded by the Aegean and Mediterranian Seas and is known for its rugged and dramatic landscape, sandy beaches, and strong winds. The area is characterized by rocky cliffs, rugged terrain, and a variety of vegetation including wildflowers and small shrubs. From certain points, visitors can see the stunning contrast of the deep blue water meeting the bright green and brown landscape. The famous Prasonisi Beach is a beautiful sandy beach that is split in two, with one side offering calm waters and the other strong winds perfect for windsurfing and kitesurfing.
