Explore this spot near Les Pieux. Great spot for swimming and paddling, kayaking, canoeing, surfing, supping, wind surfing, body surfing, body boarding and kiteboarding. Les Pieux is a commune in the Manche department of Normandy in northwestern France. The area is predominantly rural, with rolling hills and farmland. The coastline is rugged and includes several small beaches and coves. The landscape is dotted with small villages and farms surrounded by hedges and fields. The area is known for its agricultural production of dairy and wheat, as well as its seafood. There are also several historic sites in the area, including the 12th-century Abbaye des Dames de Hambye and the Château de Flamanville.
