About
The last out of about 3-4 places along the river accessible for a cold dip. These are natural pools with small waterfalls. Not too deep, roughly above the waist up to the chest of an average adult. Sheep gazing around, gorgeous place.
Location
Getting there
Best to set up sat nav to The Snake Pass Inn. There are a few places to park along the main road (///cunning.microfilm.microfilm). From there, it's about 10-15 min hike on a clearly visible path accessible via the gate (///rebel.deny.joints). After crossing a small wooden bridge, you'll follow the path round the hill then walk up in the valley having the stream on your left. Then just pick a place where you'd like to swim.
Accessibility
You'll see a few places to swim along the path. Most of them have access off the path

A tow float, shoes with grip for slippery banks, and warm layers for after. Water shoes protect against rocks and debris on the riverbed.
