About
This busy and very popular swim spot has everything you need. Long swims the length of the beach (~400m) can be achieved with ease over golden sands at high tide. Low tide is a bit of a walk over a sandbank but doable if you want a short distance, shallow dib. When the weather is good expect it to be rammed throughout. There are many swimmers here daily so if you want company just rock up around high tide.

Before you go

- Cold water shock is real. Enter slowly and control your breathing.
- Always swim with others or tell someone your plan
