Choppy water in the pool at the bottom of Eastern Cataract Falls, accessible only with guides from Shockwave Adventures based at Victoria Falls.

Getting there

750m descent down rocky path & over big boulders, then transport by inflatable kayak to more rocks to climbe over. Can be slippery due to spray from the waterfalls.

Accessibility

Not easy at all! Only for the adventurous. Recommend Shockwaves Adventures to act as guide. Off-road drive to get to top of cliff on Zimbabwe side of falls.
