Experience this spot in Niemenkylä. Great location for swimming and paddling, kayaking, canoeing and supping. Niemenkylä is a small village located in the Päijät-Häme region of southern Finland, just outside the city of Lahti. The area is characterized by its picturesque lakeside setting, with the village situated on the shore of Lake Vesijärvi. The surrounding countryside is dominated by dense forests and rolling hills, providing ample opportunities for hiking, cycling, and other outdoor pursuits. The region is also known for its numerous lakes and waterways, which offer excellent fishing and boating opportunities. In the winter, the area transforms into a winter wonderland with opportunities for skiing, snowmobiling, and other winter sports. Overall, Niemenkylä and the surrounding area offer a peaceful and scenic escape from the hustle and bustle of urban life, and a chance to connect with nature in its purest form.
