Lovely lake not too far from Manchester City Centre. Small car park about 50m from the lake. Easily accessible and the lake has more than 1 entry point. Soft sandy edges no need for footwear unless you get cold feet! Very scneinc clean spacious for a circular 1 mile swim.

Large lake that uku can swim in. East to walk in and shelves gradually until you’re out of your depth. Signs say no swimming but is a well used spot.

Easy to access. Shaelves gradually. Some stones so wet shoes advisable.
