The town is situated on the Mediterranean coast, around 20 km south of Perpignan. The area around Argelès-sur-Mer is known for its stunning natural beauty, with a mix of dramatic mountains, rolling vineyards, and sandy beaches. To the east, the Pyrenees mountain range dominates the landscape, offering breathtaking views and a range of outdoor activities such as hiking and skiing.
