We did a guided swim from Positano beach to Arienzo beach, with a couple of stops at small secluded beaches. Fabulous scenery and beautiful water. Return journey was around 2.5k

Accessibility
Easy to access the water from the beach but getting down into the town is not easy for those with mobility issues. It’s on a hillside and very steep road / lots of steps. No wheelchair access.
