Easy 40-minute (ish) swoosh down the River Trent near Burton. Easy entry down steps at pub, some shallow spots, steady flow throughout. Exit before or under bridge as enter Stapleford (W3W: pump.glee.focus). Be aware of other river users as get closer to Stapleford, especially jet skis at club just before exit.
