Valdevaqueros is a small village located in the province of Cádiz, Andalusia, Spain. It is located just north of Tarifa and is known for its breathtaking scenery and natural beauty. The area is surrounded by rolling hills and lush green valleys, with the Atlantic Ocean stretching out to the horizon. The beach at Valdevaqueros is particularly impressive, with long stretches of golden sand and crystal-clear waters. The beach is backed by sand dunes, which are home to a variety of plant and animal species, including a rare type of lizard. The area is also popular with windsurfers and kitesurfers, thanks to the strong, consistent winds that blow across the bay. Inland, the area is dotted with small farms and traditional white-washed villages, which offer visitors a glimpse of Andalusian life.
