There is an out a mile stretch to get a good swim. Depth range is good about 1 metre to deeper the further to the middle. Seems quite popular with regular swimmers

Getting there

Parked 5 min walk away opposite an disused fuel station. Be sure to go in on the other side of the bridge to the hotel.

Accessibility

There is a little wooden gate on the right (away from weir) steps down to path then a min walk a little steep down to a beach.
