Check out this spot in Hamburg. Great location for swimming and paddling. Hamburg is located in northern Germany, near the coast of the North Sea. The city is bisected by the Elbe River, which flows out into the sea. The area surrounding Hamburg is largely flat and agricultural, with green fields and forests in the countryside. To the north and west of the city lies the North Sea, with its sandy beaches and dunes. The coastline is dotted with small fishing villages and picturesque towns. Within the city itself, there are many parks and gardens, including the famous Planten un Blomen park, which features a large botanical garden, a Japanese garden, and a lake with boats for rent. There are also several lakes within the city limits, including the Außenalster and Binnenalster, which are popular spots for boating and strolling. Overall, Hamburg and its surroundings offer a mix of natural beauty, urban parks, and coastal charm.
